Daryl McEwan, Province of Alberta

Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives within the GeoDiscover Alberta Program Office. Daryl is a professional forester who has worked with Alberta Environment and Parks since 2000.  He has been part of the GeoDiscover Alberta Program since its inception in 2009 and has been a strong advocate for collaboration and geospatial information sharing beyond borders. Daryl is a member of a number of committees and is an active participant on the Canadian Council on Geomatics (CCOG).  When not at the office, Daryl can be found with his wife and three sons running from one event to another whether it be hockey, lacrosse, camping or fishing depending upon the season.
